WHAT IS IT?

Outsourcely.com is an online database of freelancers, more than a freelance job website. The focus of the website is connecting freelancers with clients, rather than getting jobs done.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Clients: The client is charged a monthly fee, and for that fee, they are given access to a pool of over 200,000 various freelance workers, all offering their services online. The client can either post a job online, stating work hour, and job requirements, or they can search through the database of freelancers, narrowing down their search criteria (such as location, skills, work availability, internet speed, and such). Once they have contacted the freelancer, they speak to the freelancer directly, and agree on payment, and how they wish to be paid (via wire transfer, PayPal, etc). No hidden costs after the monthly fee.

Freelancers: This website is ideal for freelancers who are looking for full-time work. Registering is free, and there are no hidden costs involved. Simply create a profile, add as much information, past work experience, and skills to it, and everything is ready. Then the freelancer can either wait for a potential employer to contact them, or browse the list of jobs posted online, and pick one that suits them.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This website is for clients that are looking for long-term employees that will be able to complete their jobs remotely. This site is also for freelancers who are looking for permanent online work, through external payment avenues, rather than requiring payment via the website’s escrow.
